How to Brew the Perfect Delicate Cup

1. Water Temp: Crucial! Never use boiling water. Heat fresh water to about 75°C–80°C. (If you don’t have a thermometer, let boiling water sit for 3–4 minutes before pouring).

2. Infuse: Add 2 teaspoons of White Tea buds per cup (buds are light, so you need more volume).

3. Steep: Let it brew for 4–5 minutes. White tea takes longer to release its subtle essence.

4. Enjoy Pure: This tea is a masterpiece of subtlety. It must be enjoyed “naked” (black). No milk, no sugar—just the pure taste of the mountains.
